Before You Order

Quick Answers

A clear, well-lit photo taken at eye level with your pet's face in focus and both eyes visible. Natural light works best. Avoid flash, heavy shadows, or photos taken from above. Download the full photo guide for examples.
Digital orders are emailed as a high-resolution file (A4 at 300 dpi) ready to print yourself or use digitally. Printed orders are produced at a professional print lab and posted to you.
5–7 working days from payment confirmation. During peak periods (December, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) it may be slightly longer — I'll always confirm your lead time when I reply to your order.
Once you submit the order form I'll reply within 1 business day to confirm the details and send EFT banking details. Work starts once payment is received.
Absolutely — just mention it in the special requests field. I can also ship the print directly to the recipient. Gift vouchers are available if you don't have a photo yet.
